Your Ice Mile

You’re almost there…

Now all you need to do is treat this swim the same way as any other training swim and just get in and do the distance.

Your support team will be taking care of all the safety, recovery, videos, photographs, temperatures and stroke rate requirements, you’ve got the easy bit in just having to turn your arms over for 1600 metres, simple!.

Time to relax though, you’ve done all the hard work, the training, cold showers, early morning swims and all that shivering have brought you to your ice mile attempt day.
